This article will describe 5 things you can do to make your kitty love you more than they already do!  Some of these will seem very obvious, but some you may know you just may not be practicing them as well as you should be.   Use these as best you can and you and your cat will have a better relationship because of it.

  • The first thing you should do is make sure they have plenty of fresh food and water available at all times.  Don’t leave the same old stale water in your cats dish for weeks at a time, try to change the food and water at least once a day to keep them happy and healthy.  Also try to get more wholesome food rather than the same old cat food

 

  • Secondly you should keep their litter box very clean.  You should scoop it at least once a day and if possible every time they use it.  Imagine if every time you wanted to go to the bathroom there were already a bunch of pieces of poop in the toilet.  A good rule to remember is one box per cat.  If you have two cats you should have two litter boxes.

 

  • The third thing you should do is get them a lot of toys, and actively play with your cat with the toys.  Some day to day items like receipts and string makes cats very happy.

 

  • The next thing you should do is give your cats a lot of treats.  This simply shows them how much you care about them.

 

  • Finally show your cat how much you love them by petting them, talking to them, playing with them, anything you can do really counts, and your cat will definitely appreciate it.
